Introducing Stewkley House Art Studios, a creative hub since 2008. We currently have three studios available for immediate occupancy out of the 33 studios in the building, all featuring free high-speed Wi-Fi on the 1st floor. In addition to the studios, we offer three offices priced at £1,300, £1,500, and £1,600, inclusive of utilities. Our licensing agreement spans one year, with a two-month notice period for either party. For those seeking studios, we have two options in the main building at £395 and in the rear building at £449 per month on the first floor. Additionally, there's a newly created studio on the ground floor available for £595 per month (utilities not included). Conveniently located just 8 minutes from the Central Line underground station, Stewkley House provides easy access for all.
