1. Bedsit - Private room, shared super clean 2 bathrooms, kitchen with cooking equipment. Total lodgers maximum 2 lodgers, 1 host. All fully furnished bed linen. towels included, desk, chair, wifi. You will stay with open minded live-in host family,
2. Certificate: Krua Thai cookery school has accommodation for acdemic purpose with "Landlord Gas Safety certificate".. our home with 5 star gas check/Landlord gas Safety Records.. We have 2 rooms to rent as bedsit means you use the bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms. We show the whole house what it looks like, you don't use the dinning room. (it's not the whole flat) -
3 KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS: Shared kitchen, super clean 2 bathrooms. Everyone will follow the house rules. Those who are not neat /tidy will show after they use the bathrooms - will need to learn at our place. Those who are already tidy will be happy to see the bathroom is spotless every single time.
Most our guests are students/professors/researchers from University. We have host family business since 1988. (35 years).
4. BEDSIT: Shared bathrooms, kitchen, NO living room for host privacy). Fully furnished ready to walk in , towels, bedsheets, duvet just the same as B&B standards. Excellent for those who are looking for quality place/bed to stay while away from home. No friend/no guest to entertain in our place to keep the host privacy.
