I have a double room coming available to rent NOW.
The room is fully furnished.
The flat is located literally within a minute's walk of Bethnal Green tube station (central line) and within 8 minutes of Cambridge Heath station (national rail services). The flat has been refurbished to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen/bathroom with separate toilet.
There is also a separate washing machine and dryer. There is hard flooring throughout, so the flat is easy to keep clean (there is a cleaner that comes once a week, but the flat is generally kept tidy) and all windows are double-glazed.
All bills are included on a fare use policy ( we pay the first £100 of the gas & electric bill each month) within the rent. Any amount over this is split with the existing house mates. The rent also includes high speed internet/wifi and a tv license.
The room is a good size and easily fits a solid wood double bed. There is a sliding wardrobe with mirror, fridge/freezer in a self-contained unit, with storage space above it. DESK & CHAIR included. The floor is dark laminate and the walls are painted off white/magnolia.
Currently there are 1 girls + 2 guy and a very loveable and well trained house Cat
