We have a spacious individual desk available in our Victorian studio, situated in a historic mews close to Kennington tube station.
The single desk occupies half of the large glass-topped desk shown in photo 6, and it's priced at £230 per month, all-inclusive.
Additionally, we offer a substantial twin or triple desk (the oak desk featured in photos 4 & 5). This is available for £220 per month per individual or £400 per month for two people co-working or £500 for three people.
The rental fee covers everything, including gas, electricity, rates, a cleaning service, and high-speed 150mb fibre broadband. Our terms require a one-month deposit and one month's rent in advance, payable through a standing order. We have a minimum notice period of 2 months for ending the tenancy.
Our studio space boasts a kitchen, central heating, and a restroom (unlike some other studios in the area with only outdoor facilities and fan heaters).
We are conveniently located on the fringe of the Elephant & Castle development zone, surrounded by new bars and restaurants. The Electric Elephant cafe is right next door, and there are additional pubs and dining options just a few minutes away.
Excellent transportation links are available from Kennington (just one stop from Waterloo) and Elephant & Castle tube stations, as well as Elephant & Castle Thames Link overground station - all within a 5-minute walk. Numerous bus routes can take you to various destinations across London.
Our studio complex, The Yards, is a vibrant community of small businesses. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join us; our current occupants include illustrators, graphic artists, photographers, designers, film-makers, and architects. We are a collective of creatives, not corporate entities. In the summer, we have a BBQ area, and there's a pool table for your enjoyment in the evenings.
Access to the studio is available 24/7, and the yard is highly secure, with large locked wrought iron gates during evenings and weekends. Please note that this is not a live/work space and is not suitable for music production.
If you'd like to schedule a visit to see the space in person, please contact Gareth.
