Flat To Rent in Bristol BS16

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible.

- Students Only (No Council Tax)

- £594/month (all bills included)

- Trendlewood Park, BS16 1TT

- Very large room (not sure of exact size)

- 46 bus stop is about 4 mins away, 25 min walk to UWE

- 10 mins walk to Fishpounds where all the shops are

The contract runs until July (the last rent payment is in June, but August is rent-free if you stay there for the next academic year)

I’ve also booked the room for the next academic year (11-month contract, but with a price increase for next academic year), which can be taken over as well (UK-based guarantor required)

Feel free to email me or call me. Always available.
