- 10 mins walk to Fishpounds where all the shops are
The contract runs until July (the last rent payment is in June, but August is rent-free if you stay there for the next academic year)
I’ve also booked the room for the next academic year (11-month contract, but with a price increase for next academic year), which can be taken over as well (UK-based guarantor required)
