About the tenants-
A house of 4 other young professionals/occasional graduate student (including the available room) in mid twenties to early thirties. They work in the construction/ technology & hospitality sectors. Always a friendly group, cooking & socialising together at times, but also live separate lives with their own friendship groups.
The 'right' Tenant-
Looking for a 24-35 housemate, with experience of shared living & cleaning rota’s! Basically, someone clean, tidy and considerate.
Proof of income required, or can accept 2 months rent as an advance if still finalising a new role.
The room is NOT available to couples &/or pet owners.
