This is a spacious house with large lounge and enormous kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridges and freezers etc. There is full gas central heating with radiators in every room and a gas fire in the lounge. All windows are double-glazed. There is off road parking on a double driveway and a large garden with lawn and patio for summer BBQs. You will be sharing with two women and two men all working professionals in their twenties. The room is on the first floor overlooking the back garden so is very quiet. It has a double bed, shelves and clothes rail. The rent includes council tax (band C), water &amp; internet. Gas &amp; electricity are shared. The contract is very flexible. You can leave anytime with only one month's notice (minimum stay one month). The house is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs. Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (more likely but hopefully not), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently in full as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
