- Why is my property listing pending?
Every listing on noagent.properties is reviewed for its content, photographs, location, genuine agent-free ownership and other information needed to verify and present the advert accurately. A listing may remain pending while we ask for clearer or more complete information, additional or more suitable photographs, identity or ownership checks, or corrections to details that appear incomplete or inconsistent. The property is made active (visible for all) after these checks are complete and the listing is approved.
- I made a change to my property listing & now it is not visible in search?
Any changes to the property listing after activation will go through scrutinization process to maintain the quality of listing on sites. Don't worry! Our CSRs will review the changes and restore visibility when the updated details are acceptable.
- Any recommendations for property owners while listing a property?

- Provide accurate details while listing your property
- Please do not include your phone/email number in description of property

Genuine listings can occasionally be held while we request further information. The review is not a property valuation and we do not take control of your financial affairs or set your asking price. Yes. You can publish a Basic Listing for free on www.noagent.properties with no time limit. You stay in control from your dashboard and can upgrade to a boost at any time.
- What boost packages are available?
We offer multiple boost options to increase visibility across the site and social channels. Compare and select a package on the Pricing page to suit your goals.
- How long does a paid boost last?
Paid boosts run for 30 consecutive days from activation (after payment clears and the listing passes compliance review). The timer does not pause if you remove or sell/let the property during the period.
- When will my advert go live?
Adverts go live after successful payment (if applicable) and once our compliance review is complete. You will see the status in your dashboard.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and supported digital wallets via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
- Are payments refundable?
Once an advert becomes active, the associated listing, boost or advertising fee is normally non-refundable. This includes where you later change your mind, withdraw the property, sell or let it sooner than expected, or ask us to remove the advert before the advertising period ends. Refunds may still apply for verified duplicate or payment errors, where a purchased service has not been supplied as agreed, where we decide not to provide an unactivated paid service for reasons not caused by your breach or fault, or where required by law. - Can I get a refund after my advert goes live?
Normally no. Once an advert has passed review and becomes active, the advertising service has started. Unused time is not normally refunded, credited or carried forward if you later withdraw, sell or let the property, change your mind, or ask us to remove the advert. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
- Can I change or transfer a package after purchase?
No. Packages cannot be downgraded, upgraded, converted or transferred once purchased. Packages are linked to a single listing ID.
- Where will my boosted listing appear?
Boosted listings receive priority placement across key areas of the site (such as the homepage carousel and the top of relevant search results) and may also be promoted on social platforms.
- How do I manage my listings and boosts?
Log in to your account and use your dashboard to edit listings, apply boosts and track performance. You can access it any time from the user profile area.
- Does paying for an advert or boost guarantee that my listing will be published?
No. Payment does not guarantee publication. Every advert remains subject to our compliance, verification and platform-quality review. A listing may be held while we request corrections, additional photographs or further information, and it may be rejected or removed for valid legal, safety, fraud, accuracy, rights-protection or platform-integrity reasons.
- Why might you ask me for more photographs or information?
We need enough accurate information and clear photographs to verify and present a property responsibly. We may ask for additional or more suitable images, clearer descriptions, ownership or identity information, or corrections where the submitted details are incomplete, inconsistent or difficult to verify. A listing with only one image may be held if that is not enough to represent or verify the property properly.
- Do you decide what asking price I can use?
No. The lister is responsible for choosing the asking price, and our listing review is not a property valuation or financial-management service. We may, however, ask for clarification or hold or remove content where a price or other claim appears to contain an obvious error, may be misleading or fraudulent, or raises a legal, safety or platform-integrity concern.
- Can No Agent hold, reject, suspend or remove my advert without my consent?
Yes, where we have a valid reason under our Terms of Use or Payment & Refund Policy. This can include suspected fraud or scams, illegal or misleading content, material inaccuracies, insufficient verification information, duplicate or spam content, agent listings presented as private listings, infringement of third-party rights, payment failure or reversal, security risks, or a legal or regulatory request. Where an issue is minor and it is reasonable to do so, we will normally explain what needs to be corrected and give you an opportunity to update it. Serious grounds may require immediate action without prior notice. Our moderation rights remain subject to UK consumer law and your statutory rights.
- Can I change the telephone number after an advert has been created?
No. For verification, security and listing-integrity reasons, the telephone number attached to an advert cannot be changed after the advert has been created. Please check the number carefully before creating the advert.
- What do I do if I need to use a different telephone number?
You must create a new advert using the correct telephone number. Paid packages are linked to the original listing ID and are not automatically transferred to a new advert. If this affects a paid service, contact support so we can review the circumstances under the Payment & Refund Policy and any applicable statutory rights.
- What happens to my payment if my advert is not approved?
If we decide not to provide the purchased advertising service for reasons that are not caused by your breach, fault or misleading information, we will normally refund the amount paid for the part of the service that has not been supplied. If the advert is held for reasonable corrections or verification, that does not automatically create a refund. If rejection or removal results from a serious breach attributable to the lister, any refund is assessed fairly and proportionately and remains subject to UK law.
- Do promotional or discounted packages have different refund terms?
Promotional, discounted and introductory packages remain subject to the same listing review, activation and refund principles as standard-price packages. A reduced price does not guarantee publication and does not remove statutory consumer rights.
- Is No Agent Properties trusted?

- Do your policies remove my UK consumer rights?
No. Our contractual and moderation rules do not exclude statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer rights may arise under legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
