It has two windows so is very bright. There is a large kitchen with dining table and chairs which is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, drier etc and a balcony. The rent includes ALL bills - council tax, water, heating, electricity and 350MB Virgin internet. There is a cleaner that regularly visits the flat, paid for by me so the flat is kept in excellent condition. The contract is very flexible with only one month's notice if you need to leave. There is notice at all needed if you want to swap to one of my other flats or houses. The flat is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees.
