The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer dryer machine etc, The maisonette is spread over two upper floors of the building so the rooms are bright with good views. There is a wonderful private square for residents only with mature trees, flower beds and grass lawn which is really well maintained. This is a lovely peaceful place to relax in. All bills are included - heating, electricity, water, council tax (band D) and broad band internet. A lovely CLEANER visits regularly. The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of one month. After that you can leave anytime with only one month's notice. The house is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees.
