This is an excellent house with some great people. The room is on the first floor and comes furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe and wall shelves. There is an enormous kitchen with large dining table and chairs, cooker, three large fridge freezers, two washing machines, tumble drier, microwave etc. There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, toilet and hand basin and also another shower room with another toilet and hand basin. Also one of the bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a large garden with patio for summer BBQs, a large side garden and a very wide drive for multiple parking. The contract is very flexible with just one month's notice if you need to leave and no notice at all if you wish to move to one of my other houses. The rent includes council tax, water and 50MB Virgin broadband internet. The electricity and gas are shared between the tenants. You are dealing with me, the landlord directly so there are no extra fees or nightmares dealing with useless agencies. I am quick to respond to your needs and always return deposits back promptly.
