There is a good sized kitchen with table &amp; four chairs, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and lots of cupboard space. There are two toilets and two showers and one bath. The flat has full double glazing and gas central heating with a radiator in each room. Rent includes council tax, water &amp; internet. Tenants share gas &amp; electric. The property is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs. I am a member of the National Landlords Association (membership number 186306). The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of one month. You can leave anytime with only one month's notice.
