The room is on the top floor and is furnished with double bed, desk &amp; chair, chest of drawers and large built in wall wardrobe. There is a good sized kitchen with table &amp; four chairs, gas cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and lots of cupboard space. There are two toilets and two showers and one bath. The flat has full double glazing and gas central heating with a radiator in each room. Rent includes council tax, water &amp; internet. Tenants share gas &amp; electric. The maisonette is rented directly by me, the landlord, so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs. The contract is very flexible. You can leave anytime with only one month's notice (minimum stay one month). Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (hopefully not but more likely as I cycle everywhere), you will be able to get your deposit back.
